Great food ...sorry owner lost his fast food restaurant!! No one should deserve that circumstance!!!!!

Can't believe I forgot to take any photos but had a great meal and will have to go back again for photos and to try some drinks as I've heard great things about the cocktails. I had a grilled cheese which was delicious. But the star of the evening was definitely he Crab Rangoon Spring Rolls. OMG I'm ready to go back for them again already. I know it gets super busy at times but it was fairly quiet on a Tuesday event. A great spot for drinks with friends or date night.

Super solid. The mister was doing a show at the theater nearby, so we picked this spot for dinner. Be aware they're VERY popular and I don't think they take reservations. That said, it's bigger than it looks from the outside. We sat at the bar, and the service was great. Cocktails were well made and the snacks we ordered were good. If I had to be in Waukesha again, I would go back.

People's Park still remains one of my all time favorite places to eat! Recently I tried their brunch for the first time and-wow! Cannot believe I hadn't tried it sooner. The salmon eggs Benedict is something to rave about!!! & I'm not even a huge potato fan, but the Idaho potato breakfast browns and whatever herb they were garnished with was just perfect. I can't stop thinking about this meal and can't wait to come back and enjoy it again!

I've been here twice, once for brunch and once for dinner, and both experiences were great--no complaints! The place has a fun vibe with vibrant prints and art on the walls, and in December, they go all out with Christmas decorations, even wrapping some of the wall art for a festive touch. For brunch, some friends and I visited shortly after they opened on a Saturday or Sunday. It was a gorgeous summer day, and we were lucky to grab a spot on the roof before it quickly filled up. More recently, we stopped by to celebrate my dad's birthday. We made a reservation in advance, which turned out to be a smart move since it was quite busy for a Monday night. Parking was a bit tricky as there isn't a dedicated lot, but we found street parking a block or two away. Our group ordered sandwiches and burgers. I had the Pesto Chicken Sandwich with regular fries, but I also tried my brother's Sour Cream Chive Fries and my dad's Cajun Fries. After sampling all three, I'd definitely choose the Sour Cream Chive Fries next time. To celebrate my dad's birthday, he got a special treat--ice cream topped with whipped cream and a candle. It was a sweet way to end the meal!

The most best place for CrabRagoon! I give it a 10! A lot of crab cream in the size is an egg roll.

As the Wisconsin winter approaches, we wanted to savor the last bit of beautiful weather by dining at a restaurant with outdoor seating. We chose People's Park, a place I hadn't visited in years but remembered for its enchanting atmosphere. Fortunately, we snagged a rooftop table, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a stunning sunset while dining. The restaurant spans three floors, with a bar and seating on each. The staff was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and highly coordinated with walkie-talkies to communicate between floors. Upon reaching the rooftop, we were greeted warmly and guided to our table, which was already set and ready. Our server promptly took our drink orders and gave us time to decide on food, checking in just after we set our menus down. Throughout the meal, we were well-attended to--our drinks were never empty, and the service was spot-on. I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was delicious, and the fries were perfect. If you're a fan of sweet potato fries, you know how hard it can be to find good ones. These weren't crispy, but they were incredibly flavorful and left me wanting more. My boyfriend, on the other hand, had the grilled pork tenderloin sandwich, which was a bit disappointing. While the roll, cheese, and mushrooms were tasty, the pork itself was tough, and he wouldn't order it again. Despite the one less-than-perfect dish, we'll definitely be returning to this Waukesha gem! The atmosphere and service alone make it worth a visit.

I think nearly everyone in Waukesha or nearby has been to Taylor's, but if you haven't, you should check it out. The big selling point is the rooftop bar, which is great in warmer weather. The entire building is three floors and still manages to get very full on weekends, so plan accordingly. The bartenders are great, the liquor selection is top notch, and there's a big list of specialty cocktails if you want to try something a little different. It's priced about right for a popular downtown location like this, but be aware that food and drinks for two can easily approach $100. Also, they tend to offer a limited menu during events and festivals like Friday Night Live. Fun place to stop for a night out!

We were visiting Waukesha and weren't sure where to stop, so took this recommend and were not disappointed! First, we thought the interior was so fun, all the funky decorations were so cute. We sat on the patio, which was cool to sit sort of "downtown". Service was probably the most impressive, staff were so kind and helpful for our large party. I highly recommend People's Park for a larger party or for unique dietary needs (or just for picky eaters), because the menu was huge and had so much variety. Food was decent for Waukesha, I had the Caesar salad and a Bloody Mary. I loved the dressing and salad itself, chicken was ok, a little overcooked. Bloody Mary was perfect! I noticed they also had other Bloody Mary flavors, for example a cucumber that looked yummy also. The brunch menu was huge!! Beware if you use the bathroom it's down some steep stairs to the left when you walk in. It was very clean and comfortable though! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
